• The software contains no advertising, tracking, backdoors, or any other malicious functionality. We do not share customer data with third parties.
• The software possesses no remote deactivation capabilities. Once activated on your server, it cannot be remotely disabled.
• In the event of server failure, you can transfer your licence to replacement hardware. To do so, reset the licence(s) on our website or contact our support team.
• For frequent migrations or virtual machine deployments, we recommend purchasing a hardware key. Hardware keys include warranty protection. If a hardware key becomes inoperable after the warranty period, you can purchase a replacement hardware key or transition to standard software licences.
• Demo licences are available on request in any quantity — for internal testing or customer evaluations.
• Our software transmits no data from your computer (passwords, camera footage, etc.) to us or any third party, even during remote access (including connection via the Repeater service).
If you are using Xeoma Cloud, recordings and credentials are stored exclusively within the service and are not shared with third parties.

Purchase licenses for professional Additional modules, most of which are powered by AI and deep machine learning. Pricing is per camera, with two exceptions: “Search for persons in the archive” (1 license per server), and “Face Recognition” (license based on the number of faces in the database per server). Additional modules require an active Xeoma Standard or Pro license on the same machine. Always use the latest version of Xeoma when using Additional modules.

Repeater is an optional remote access service, licensed per server (not per camera). Repeater is not required if your server has a static public IP address or if you use Xeoma Cloud. Requires an active Xeoma license (Starter, Lite, Standard, or Pro).
Update: In most cases, a Repeater subscription is no longer required. As of Xeoma 22.11.25, a free built-in P2P connection is available for remote server access.

To receive your licence on a USB hardware key, select the ‘Optional: USB-KEY WITH A LICENCE’ option on the Buy page after choosing your licence. Enter the recipient’s name, shipping address, phone number, and email in the fields provided. We will get in touch to confirm the order.
Standard delivery takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
Shipping cost is included in the hardware key price. You can choose to have several licences on a single USB device – this option appears if the Bank Transfer payment method is selected. For a single hardware key with other payment methods, get in touch.
Hardware keys are only available for new licences. Existing software licences cannot be converted to hardware keys.
Hardware keys are not compatible with Android or iOS devices.

Such VIP support is provided at a rate of USD $100/hour. The minimum order is 15 minutes (USD $25).
The service is provided on a prepaid basis – get in touch for a time and cost estimate.
- For remote configuration sessions, you must provide remote access over a stable, high-speed connection. Time and cost are directly affected by the working conditions.
- Note: we always aim to resolve the issue. However, if a device (camera, router) cannot be configured due to reasons outside our control — for example, undisclosed hardware limitations — we cannot issue a refund for time already spent.
- If the work is completed in less time than estimated, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
