Xeoma Beta 26.3.18

View full change log | Download new version | Subscribe to notifications

Xeoma Beta 26.3.18 is out, featuring a major upgrade to license plate recognition. Introducing two new recognition methods in the ANPR module:
First, a new 'Vision' option for 23 countries across the UK, EU, and CIS features advanced license plate location and recognition. This option requires the 'ANPR (Vision)' license, priced at $910 per camera. Licenses must be purchased based on the number of cameras per server, regardless of the number of countries selected.

Second, an 'Improved version' is now available within the Additional package for advanced recognition. It features enhanced algorithms and higher recognition accuracy for license plates from the USA, Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, and China. Notably, this option eliminates the need to manually select countries; it automatically detects the country of origin for any plate in view. This functionality is powered by the existing Additional 'ANPR' license at $600 per camera—a cost-effective alternative to third-party LPR tools without compromising quality.

Consequently, Xeoma license plate recognition now supports 168 countries.
