A: This message may appear if Xeoma did not have enough rights to unpack the files needed for work into its directory. In this case please run Xeoma with admin rights (as superuser if you use Linux). Or conduct
sudo chmod 777
command to the settings folder
Do you use Windows OS? If yes, then please make sure to run Xeoma (xeoma.exe) with admin rights. Also, go to Xeoma file’s properties -> Security -> check that “SYSTEM” has full access to the file.
