Does Xeoma meet these requirements/have these functions?

Q: The clients requirement is.

Detect. The empty parking spot .
One camera should cover 3 parking spot.
Camera should be able to detect. The number Plate .
There should be color indication on the camera to show if the parking spot is empty or occupied ( we have the hardware).
Locating the Car on the parking layout (map) , by typing the car number.
Billing system ( which we have our own software)

Can we achieve this with XEOMA software , with customization .

A:
> Detect. The empty parking spot .
Check. We already have that with the Parking Spots module.

>One camera should cover 3 parking spot.
Check. The Parking Spots module can cover several slots, it depends on camera position.

>Camera should be able to detect. The number Plate .
Check. We already have that with the ANPR module. But please note that you might probably want to have different cameras for Parking Spots and for ANPR because their recommended position differs. Is it possible?
License plates from what countries do we need to recognize? You will most probably need to use either OpenALPR or PlateRecognizer tools additionally.

>There should be color indication on the camera to show if the parking spot is empty or occupied ( we have the hardware).
Check. We have several module that can send reactions – GPIO (for ARM micro computers), Application Runner or HTTP Request Sender. Does your hardware work with any of these media?

>Locating the Car on the parking layout (map) , by typing the car number.
We don’t have a ready-to-use solution yet that would include search by number AND map. We’d need to do paid development for that.
With paid development, we could implement the LP search function inside the eMap feature we currently have.

>Billing system ( which we have our own software)
What will billing require from Xeoma?
What would the scenario be here? Example: A car is entering a parking, we recognize its license plate number, and it starts counting time of presence. When the driver wants to drive out, they drive to gate barrier, we recognize their number and stop counting, and the driver needs to pay before the gate barrier opens?
How many cameras will be there? One for entrance, one for exit, and one for Parking Spots?
It’s important for us to understand when to start and stop counting, what to send to billing, and if there are several cameras, how to interconnect these all.
