Xeoma Cloud Video Surveillance System

WHAT IS XEOMA CLOUD?

Xeoma Cloud is a fully managed Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS) platform. It runs on our infrastructure — you simply connect your cameras and start monitoring. We handle all server operations: processing, maintenance, and updates. You get instant access to live feeds, video archives, recordings, and the feature set of desktop Xeoma — from any device, at any time.

Everything you need: a camera and an internet connection. That’s it.

Xeoma Cloud can also work in addition to computer-based Xeoma that runs on your computer to push video to the cloud and access live or archived footage remotely via Xeoma Client or a web browser.

GETTING STARTED: 4 STEPS

Xeoma Cloud is a hosted service — your cameras and footage live on our servers. To connect and manage everything, you’ll need the free Xeoma Client app. Here’s how to get up and running in minutes:

1. Download Xeoma Client

Get the free Xeoma Client app from the download page. Available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android. It’s free.

2. Get your Cloud account

Purchase a subscription or get a free 24-hour trial for tests.

3. Check your email

After step 2 you’ll receive a confirmation email with your server address and login credentials. Keep it handy — you’ll need it in the next step.

4. Connect and go live

Launch the Xeoma Client from step 1, enter the server address and credentials from your email, and you’re in. Then connect your cameras to start monitoring.

CONNECT YOUR CAMERAS IN 3 EASY STEPS

Already have your Xeoma Cloud account? Here’s how to add your cameras. The quickest path is for cameras with a public IP address — if yours doesn’t have one, we have several workarounds available.

1. Log in to Xeoma Cloud

Launch Xeoma Client and connect to your Cloud account using the server address and credentials from your welcome email.

2. Run a camera scan

Open the + menu in the bottom panel and choose Search by IP/password. Xeoma will scan the network for cameras automatically.

3. Done — camera added

Your camera will be detected and added to your Cloud account automatically. No manual configuration needed.

Camera without a public IP address? No problem — see our full connection guide for FTP upload, VPN, dynDNS and other options including USB and web cameras.

Xeoma Cloud is well-suited for single-site and multi-site deployments: retail stores, parking facilities, schools, warehouses, and any location where running a dedicated on-site server is impractical.

Cloud vs. On-Premises: Key Advantages

  • Eliminates server hardware and IT infrastructure costs
  • No 24/7 server power consumption
  • Ideal for multi-location deployments
  • Footage is stored off-site — protected from physical theft or vandalism
  • No maintenance burden — managed entirely by our team
