PTZ Tracking: not going to start position

Q: The PTZ Tracking Module tracks movements but after camera doesn’t return in the correct starting position. What setting can I use to correct this?

A: Please check that the “Follow the object before going back to start position” slider in the settings of the PTZ tracking module is not in the “always” position. Also in the PTZ Tracking module, you can set when the camera should go back to the start position after motion ends. Please check these settings.
