Responses to user support requests. Weekly overview. Part 19.

Q: We’re looking for a Windows and Android app that will work with our two homes with separate set of wifi cameras.
Does Xeoma offer this, and what version? Keep in mind we’re budget minded.

A: The choice of Xeoma’s type will depend primarily on what kind of functionality you require. Here are a couple of examples:
-suppose you need to record archives and store them for 5 days based on motion for no more than 2 cameras in each home and do not need to connect remotely – in this case Xeoma’s Free edition is suitable;
-suppose you need 4 cameras in each home to record archives (either by motion or 24/7) and store them for as long as you wish, and you need to be able to connect remotely – in this case Xeoma Lite works best.

Q: Is the Xeoma Starter price for a month or a year?

A: Commercial licenses, including Xeoma Starter, are life-time. Their only limitation is the update period – during this time you can download new verisons of Xeoma.

Q: is it possible to watch playback two or three cameras at time?

A: Yes, if you have a Xeoma Pro license: felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/pro/#archive-player
