Since we do not have geographic limits, you can simply choose the partnership option that is most convenient for you: purchase at a discount, purchase with deposit or free licenses.
1) Purchase with a discount
Buy Xeoma licenses through the purchase page for resellers already with a discount. In this option, we will give you a password to the admin page for partners.
2) Deposit
It is also possible to deposit money to your account and get licenses at a discount instantly when you need them
3) Free licenses
You post-factum notify us by Email about the purchases made by you or your clients, and we will refund you 20% of this amount with Xeoma licenses.

Q: I have old licenses for 4 cameras, and renewals for just 3 cameras. If I want to use the newest version of Xeoma, what would I need?
A: If you want the 4th camera you alsready have the license for, it will be enough to purchase a Renewal for Xeoma Standard, you can get it here: https://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/buy/#renewal.

Q: When I enter the activation code of I get the following error message
“Can’t store activation file”
Can you suggest anything?
A: This error is most frequently encountered in Linux machines and is usually connected with the system access right for file writing. Since reactivation of your licenses after the license reset via Terminal or command line doesn’t help, please run chmod 777 for xeoma.app (give rights to write files).

Q: I bought lite edition with 4 cameras. But so many modules are missing here. I already spent $100 on Blue Iris which I absolutely hate. It would be really generous if I could get a discount to purchase the standard edition with 4 cameras. I just want 4 cameras around house working with human detection.
A: We can replace your Xeoma Lite license for 4 cameras with a Xeoma Standard license for 4 cameras, provided that the difference in cost is covered.
If this is suitable for you, please contact us, and we’ll send you a link to pay the difference. Once this is done, we’ll deactivate the Lite license and send you the Standard license along with activation instructions.
