The jump to location in my PTZ control is missing

Q: The jump to location in my PTZ controls for one of my cameras is just missing.

A: The requirements for PTZ presets and tours functionality is a) the camera itself should support the PTZ presets functionality, and be working through ONVIF, and b) you need to have a Xeoma Pro license for at least 1 camera activated on the Xeoma server machine. See more about this feature

If the camera does have PTZ presets (“jump to location”) functionality that works through ONVIF, and you have a Xeoma Pro license in place there, but the tours feature does not appear in PTZ control, please contact us and let us know what camera brand and model it is and we’ll come back with advice.
