How would the p2p service work with the web page access?

Q: How would the p2p service work with the web page access? We plan to be giving users access through web generally, not through Xeoma’s client.

A: Our P2P connection option works for a client-to-server connection only (also coming soon: P2P in HTTP Sender and HTTP Receiver modules), not available in web pages. The web interface is a supplementary medium anyway that has only a fraction of the clients’ features. Using the client (app or desktop) part is highly advisable in any cases. Usually people have no issues with installing an app for video surveillance.

This having been said, we have not been planning to add P2P connection to the web interface because it will require some decent reworking. However, if that is an absolute must in your project, we can do it for your project as paid development.
But then again, client connection is working all right in other similar projects. Please see if it fits.
