• Our software operates without advertising, tracking, backdoors, or any other malicious elements. We do not share our clients’ data with third parties.
• The software cannot be remotely deactivated. Upon activation on your server, you can be assured of uninterrupted operation.
• Should the server fail, you can move your license to alternative hardware. To do that, reset the license(s) on our website or contact our support team.
• For frequent migrations or virtual machine deployments, we recommend purchasing a hardware license. Hardware licenses have warranty protection. If a hardware license becomes inoperable after the warranty period, you can purchase a replacement hardware license or transition to regular type software licenses.
• For evaluation purposes, both internally and with your clients, test licenses are readily available upon request, in any quantity.
• Our software transmits no information from your computer (passwords, camera footage, etc.) to us or to any third party, including during remote access (including connection via the Repeater service).
If you’re using Xeoma Cloud, recordings and passwords are stored solely within that service and are not shared with third parties.

Here you can buy licenses for Additional modules – professional features. Most are based on AI and deep learning. Most Additional modules are licensed per camera (except for “Search for persons in archive” – 1 license per server, and “Face Recognition” – license per number of faces in your database). Activate Additional module licenses alongside your Xeoma Standard or Xeoma Pro licenses. Additional module licenses require active Xeoma Standard or Pro licenses on the same machine. Repeater is an optional service for remote access. It is purchased on a per-machine basis (not per-camera). You do not need a Repeater if you are using a server with a static public IP address or Xeoma Cloud. Repeater only works on servers with an activated Xeoma license (Lite, Standard, Pro)

To purchase the selected Xeoma CCTV software license as a hardware key (USB device), select the ‘Optional: USB-KEY WITH A LICENSE’ option on the Buy page after choosing your desired license. Standard delivery of the hardware key takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
Shipping cost is already included into the cost of USB key. You can choose to have several licenses on the same USB device – you can do that on our site if you select the Bank Transfer payment method. If other payment method is preferred, please contact us, we will help you get exactly what you need.
Please note that older licenses cannot be used as a hardware key. Hardware keys are only available for new licenses assigned to a USB device.

If you are unable to configure cameras or network equipment on your own, you can order paid technical support from us. For a fee, we can provide assistance with adding and/or configuring cameras or network equipment, help with creating custom scripts to use in Xeoma, or other custom Xeoma configuration – all those services that are beyond the scope of our free technical support.
Such VIP support is provided at a rate of $100 USD per hour. The minimum order is 15 minutes ($25 USD).
The service is provided on a prepaid basis – contact us to get an approximate estimate of the time and amount to be paid.
- Requirements: if setting up network devices or custom configuration of Xeoma is required, please provide us with remote access with sufficient connection speed. Please remember that the speed and cost of the work will depend directly on the working conditions.
- However, if a camera and/or router, etc. cannot be configured for reasons beyond our control (physical or technical impossibility not known in advance), the payment will not be refunded.
- If the requested work is completed faster, the money for the unused time will not be refunded.
