How to add a remote camera into the video surveillance software Xeoma

You have already had the chance to see video tutorials dedicated to connection of ‘local’ cameras to Xeoma video surveillance software (i.e. cameras that are located in the same ‘home’ network as your VSS), as well as to remote connection to your Xeoma server to view all connected cameras and their recordings.

This new video of ours will tell about the ways to connect a remote camera – a camera that is located geographically distant from the video surveillance processing unit. This will come in handy in hundreds of various verticals, from branches of retail or HoReCa organizations, to ‘Safe City’ programs where cameras are located inside public transport vehicles, and other use scenarios where remote cameras should be connected to the central management server:
