Where is my license?

Q: I purchased a Xeoma software license on your site. What next? Where should I look for my license?

A: You will get your software license (a combination of digits) in the message from to the email you mentioned during the purchase (for purchases made through PayPal – to your email address associated with the PayPal account).

If you have purchase the license as a hardware key, you should have entered your shipping address during the purchase – Xeoma license will be delivered there by courier shipping.

If you have bought your Xeoma license in eBay, you will get your license in DM (eBay’s private message center).
