When will I get the license?

Our clients often wonder how the process of getting a license goes. That’s why we decided to describe it in detail and answer the most frequent questions.

Step 1
Choose the license that suits you and pay for it on our purchase page in the most convenient way for you.

Step 2
The license is generated and dispatched within seconds or minutes after purchase is completed. Check your email address that you indicated when you purchased the product. You should receive an email with the license and instructions on how to activate it.

Step 3
Activate the license on your device.

Q: I don’t see the letter.
A: If you don’t see the letter with licenses, please take a look in the SPAM folder, it might get there because the messages are fully automated and some email services might not like it in some cases. The message with the licenses should be from support@felenasoft.com

Q: I still can’t find it.
A: If you still can’t see the message with the licenses in your email box, please let us know, we will resend it from our alternative email.
