Licenses and cameras are gone
Q: I have Xeoma license on a virtual machine. My cameras no longer show picture (I see “Waiting for image” signs instead of cameras). What to do? Is something wrong with license?
A: If you’re using Xeoma software license on a virtual machine, the constant Internet connection is required for the license to work. If the Internet was gone for a while, the license might be automatically suspended until the Internet is back. The license, your cameras and their settings will get back to normal functioning shortly after the Internet connection is restored.
In such case, you are advised to facilitate the quickest restoration of the Internet connection and wait for a little while. Trying to revive the cameras manually is not advised in this case.
