Q: I need to install XEOMA as an app inside TRUENAS SCALE, repeat as an app

A: Judging by the official documentation of the device, TrueNAS allows you to create virtual machines in its environment. You can create a VM (Windows or Linux) and install Xeoma inside the VM normally, as you would on a physical server. See more on installation of Xeoma in Xeoma User Guide
