Q: We recently moved our Xeoma server to a new machine that was closer to our cameras to conserve bandwidth. I was able to successfully reset the license, and then activated it again. This appeared to work fine.
But when I connect a client to it, I get the following message:
“This edition doesn’t allow to use more than 0 video sources”
We should have 16 cameras on this license. Please advise what is required to return our system back to normal.
A: At our side the activation is shown to be successful.

What’s written in the very top line of the program? There should be the version number 25.11.10 and something else. Please send this to us.
Also, please check what’s written in the Main menu – Information – Active licenses and Main menu – Information – About – and send us the screenshots.
Q: We require a standard license for this project, as it will be used by the client. Could you please provide us with a full standard license (not the demo version)?
A: How many cameras does your client have? We’ll provide an invoice accordingly. Also, we’ve recently added our new special offer that allows to get a free Standard license for 1 camera
