Q: We have tried to connect cloud base camera with P2P and with serial number, but failed to connect.
Request for ur guidance on this.

A: We advise connecting IP cameras using their IP addresses. Does your camera have an IP address? If its an IP camera or a Hikvision camera, then it should have an IP address.

You can add your cameras via ‘+’ menu – Search by IP/password
Note that this camera should be in the local network with Xeoma server, otherwise it should have a static IP address or dynDNS to be “seen” outside your local network.

As for the P2P connection, not all cameras are supported in Xeoma. Only cameras that support AEeye server (not all of them though). And ONLY in Xeoma for Windows 32-bit. Please check this instruction
