You can ask your questions during a phone or skype call at any time during our business hours. All our operators are qualified to answer your questions – to need to wait for a special department or manager to join in.

Our working hours 10:00 – 17:00 (GMT+2) Monday – Friday.

If a conference call with multiple participants is required, we can schedule a Skype conference or a meeting in Microsoft Teams/Google Meet for you. Other platforms are negotiable, too.

We recommend booking a conference at least 1 day prior to the date to make sure that necessary time is available.

If it is a webinar – a training session, or demonstration of the software product – that you’d like to have, please tell us the agenda , i.e. the list of things we’d need to demonstrate. Some things that weren’t mentioned in the agenda might be impossible to demonstrate without necessary resources.

We recommend booking a webinar at least 1 day prior to the date to make sure that necessary time is available and that we have the time to prepare.
