Q: Privacy Masking: can we stop blurring when we need to investigate something?

A: Yes, you can “unblur” camera live stream, i.e. stop applying Xeoma Privacy Masking’s blur to it. To do that, you can remove the Privacy Masking module from the chain (if you won’t need it anymore) or set the Privacy Masking module to “Ignored” state (if you need to lift the blurring temporarily). If Privacy Masking is working with your recordings as well, you can “lift” blurring from new recordings as well – but only new ones that will be recorded after you switch Privacy Masking to the Ignored state.
