Xeoma App for iOS not working anymore in IPHONE 14
Q: We have a user who recently upgraded to an iPhone 14 Pro Max and for some reason whenever they would tap on one of the monitors in the app, it would cause the whole phone to reboot. After reinstalling the app it is requiring me to sign in every single time without saving the credentials. Also, as soon as I hit connect, it loads maybe 1 or 2 cameras before rebooting again. Has anyone over there experienced anything like this on the iOS app? Any help would be appreciated.
A: What iOS version does the user have on their iPhone 14 Pro Max? Please advise the user to install the iOS update if they have iOS 16 or 16.0.1.
