I do not able to access witn my credential at webUI of my xeoma. what do I do?

Q: i have a problem, i do not able to access witn my credential at webUI of my xeoma. what do I do? i try with two different user, one amministrator and one dont

A: If you are using Xeoma version 22.10.12, we recommend updating to a version 22.12.5 and up. See more on updates here (usually done through Main menu -> Information -> Check for updates)

Version 22.10.12 has a known issue with applying credentials to the web interface that is fixed in newer versions of Xeoma.
