Export failed error in Debian machine

Q: I’ve installed Xeoma Standard license for on a Debian 11 server. When I try to “Download video from archive” from website I’ve got the following error:
Export failed.
although Xeoma is running with root privileges.

A: If you’re experiencing this type of error in an older version of Xeoma, we recommend updating to the latest version of Xeoma available to fix this.
