Downgrading: making sure to downgrade the server part of Xeoma

Q: At one point I started to have issues in my Xeoma that I didn’t in past versions. So the tech support advised me to downgrade. However, the issue persisted after the downgrade.

A: Please make sure that you downgraded both the server and the client part of Xeoma. Check the window title, it shows thid type of information.
If you only downgraded the client part while the server part remained ‘too high’, you will continue getting issues you did.

Please see this guide on how to downgrade
It most usually takes such steps as uninstallation of the version that is currently run, and using a new version only after the previous version is uninstalled.
Please try again with accordance to the guide.
