Help Connect a Chinese Camera by Its ID, QR Code, or Verification Code from the Label

We often receive requests to assist in connecting cameras to Xeoma using their ID, QR code, or verification code from the label, etc.

Such connection methods only work with the camera’s “native” software (usually a mobile application) provided by the camera’s manufacturer or its partners. This method will not work in third-party applications, including Xeoma! Read more about the nature of such cameras and how third-party video surveillance applications work here.

What should you do?
Try the standard ways to add cameras to Xeoma.
