Why can’t I add FTP Receiver to my Xeoma Cloud?

Q: I added FTP uplopad to Xeoma Pro on the Raspberry pi.
The chain now consists of: universal camera-motion detector-archive-ftp upload, and entered the FTP server data into the FTP upload module.

I logged into the cloud via the web browser now and added a source ‘FTP Receiver settings’ with the same FTP server data.
But the cloud UI states ‘This function is only available in a commercial version’
What do I need to change?

A: If you already have any video source added to your Xeoma Cloud account via the app, it already counts as 1 camera. You may not see that camera via the web, if the chain of modules for it does not include Web Server.
With this in mind, if you need to add a new source (FTP Receiver), you should enter your account via the app and remove the existing source first.
