Connection to Xeoma failed

Q: Connection from my iphone to Xeoma works when the phone is on the same router. But how can I log in to the Xeoma when my phone is on another server (in another network).

A: For remote view from outside of your network you need to use server’s static fixed IP address. To get it, contact your ISP in the location of your server.

Tip: If you do not have the static fixed IP address, you can use Repeater service to be able to connect even to a firewalled office computer.
