How to: cancelling Xeoma subscriptions

If you’re willing to cancel your subscription to the Repeater/Xeoma Cloud service or rent of Xeoma licenses, please remember how you paid for the subscription.

If your subscription has been purchased using PayPal or MyCommerce – please access your account and cancel the relevant payment.
If it was purchased in any other way – you don’t need to cancel anything, such payments are not automatic.

By all means, please let us know why you are cancelling, and we hope to make you the best offer.
