Getting Emails with attachments in Gmail

If you’re experiencing with getting emails sent with the Xeoma’s Email Sending, the first thing to do is to check if you have input correct authorization data (login and password) for a FROM mail address.

See if you can log in with this data in Google mail itself.

If authorization data is input correctly, you might need to go to your Gmail email account and access its settings. In them, enable the use of third-party software (it’s disabled by default). This should allow Xeoma to send you messages via this module.

After it’s done, go back to Xeoma’s Email Sender and press the Test button to see if it helped.

If you have any other questions about sending emails in Xeoma, please search through Xeoma manual or contact us.
