The program offers three partnership models:

Notify us of your completed purchases (yours or your customers’) and receive 20% of the purchase value as Xeoma licenses. Applies only to full-price purchases via PayPal, card, or bank transfer. No minimum order.	Purchase Xeoma licenses at your personal reseller discount via the reseller portal, by card, by SWIFT/bank transfer*, or through PayPal. Details:

Option 1: Bonus Licenses
Purchase licenses through any standard payment method — bank transfer, card, or PayPal — then email us with the purchase date and payer details. We’ll issue bonus licenses equal to 20% of the purchase value. For example: a 128-camera license purchase earns you a 16-camera license at no charge.
Bonuses do not expire immediately — you can accumulate them and redeem for a higher-tier license when ready. This is especially useful for larger orders.

Requirements and conditions:

1. This partner program cannot be combined with other partner programs or discounts.
   
2. Only one reseller can receive a reward per purchase.

4. Applies only to purchases made at full retail price.

Bonuses cannot be claimed more than once per purchase.

Option 2: Discounted Purchase
Purchase Xeoma licenses (Xeoma Pro, Xeoma Standard licenses and rent, Xeoma Lite licenses, Additional modules, as well as Xeoma Cloud and Repeater subscriptions) at your personal reseller discount via SWIFT/bank transfer, card, or PayPal. 9. Do I qualify as a reseller?

   A reseller purchases licenses for the purpose of reselling them — not for their own use.
   If you buy and then sell to a customer, you qualify. Discounted purchase or the bonus license option are both available.

10. How do I schedule a meeting or demo?

    We’ll be happy to contact you and discuss everything in details. You can choose any method that’s convenient for you: phone, Skype, email or any other option (WebEX, Google Hangouts etc.). 11. If I rebrand Xeoma, who handles technical support?

13. I want to sell Xeoma together with my cameras and DVRs as a bundle. Is it possible?

    Sure, you can sell Xeoma together with your cameras as a bundle or sell Xeoma licenses separately. Xeoma can be installed inside DVR/NVR or camera, so you’ll be able to sell plug-n-play bundle.
    Also, you can customize Xeomato sell software under your own brand/name.

    Yes — per-camera pricing decreases as license size increases. A 1,024-camera license has a lower per-camera cost than a 32-camera license.

    No. Per the EULA, licenses cannot be resold below official retail pricing.

16. Can I get deeper discounts in exchange for active promotion?

    Yes. Discounts are assessed individually based on purchase volume and your commitment to actively promoting Xeoma.
    Xeoma’s retail pricing is already strong relative to competing platforms at comparable feature levels — and the per-edition and per-camera model gives you flexibility to target any budget segment.
